Peak Oil - a geological phenomenon of epic proportions is one of the least understood of issues today. In spite of the 100+ books that exist on this, the awareness amongst CXO's today is very limited. Indeed, even some E&P companies are not aware of the phenomenon indicating the low levels of Institutional preparedness for what could potentially be the single most important event of the Post-Industrial civilization.
What we do is to work with companies on the following:
- Impact Analysis on the various Operating segments of companies
- Scenario Planning in terms of short-term (3-5 years) and long-term (10-15 years) analysis
- Create a Roadmap on how Businesses should evolve to leverage the expected outcomes
- Evaluate potential forays into alternate business segments that offer attractive business propositions. This could include non-related diversification and buy-outs of existing assets of other companies.
